Red Hot Chili Peppers demandan a Showtime

La verdad es que esto me sorprende mucho porque lo lógico sería que un detalle como este hubiera estado previsto desde un principio. Pero no. Al parecer los Red Hot Chili Peppers han abierto una demanda contra la cadena Showtime por el uso del título Californication en la nueva serie de David Duchovny.
Supongo que no soy el único al que le vino a la mente el disco de los Red Hot cuando vió el título de dicha serie por primera vez. La banda ha dicho lo mismo, que el título es "inmediatamente asociado en la mente del consumidor" con su disco del 99.
Encima uno de los personajes de la serie se llama Dani California... como una canción del último disco de los Red Hot... curioso.
